It seems I am far from the only dissatisfied customer. I have twice emailed Customer Care and had no response other than the automatic acknowledgement promising relevant expert help. I have purchased Russian FAST based, it is said, on a course provided to American diplomats. It has been very inadequately edited - if at all.
I am looking at an instruction on p22 of lesson 3 that invites me to "introduce yourself to different teachers in the Russian section ..." There are many more irritating faults I have indicated.
It seems from this site Langocity may be set up to generate complaints rather than provide usable language tuition.
